Tell us you would like Sweet Beginnings, or we will offer it when gestational diabetes is diagnosed.

Take your wallet card
It carries your personal access code. Open the site in your phone's browser and type it in.

Log your sugars
Two taps per reading. We see them automatically, so there is nothing for you to send.

Advanced Perinatology delivers gestational diabetes education and remote glucose monitoring for patients you refer. Readings reach the Advanced Perinatology care team automatically, and you receive our findings with a clear management plan. Refer as usual, we handle the follow-through.

Frequently asked.

Do I need to download an app?
No. Sweet Beginnings runs in your phone's browser. You can save it to your home screen if you like.
Is there a password?
No password. You use the personal access code printed on your wallet card.
What if I lose my code?
Ask the front desk at any of our offices. They will re-issue it for you.
What languages are available?
English, Spanish, Armenian, and Russian, with subtitles throughout.
Does my doctor really see my numbers?
Yes, automatically. Your readings are shared with your Advanced Perinatology care team as you log them. There is nothing for you to send.
What happens after delivery?
Your access continues until two weeks past your due date, so the lessons and your tracker stay available through delivery.
