COMMON QUESTIONS

Quick answers

Do we need to call after submitting?

No. You’ll see a confirmation number on screen, and the receiving AP office takes it from there.

The patient doesn’t know her LMP, or hasn’t had an ultrasound.

Check the “Unknown LMP” or “No prior ultrasound” box. The form will accept a known EDC instead, or route dating to us.

What if we don’t have the labs or auth paperwork yet?

Submit without them: every attachment is optional. Forward results to AP when they arrive.

Is there a limit on attachments?

PDFs or photos, up to 10 MB per file and 18 MB per referral. Card photos, auths, and lab reports all fit comfortably.
