Richard H. Lee MD

Richard H. Lee graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a major in Molecular and Cell Biology and minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. He completed medical school at New York Medical College, followed by residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the
University of Southern California. 

After training, he joined the MFM division at U.S.C, where he also served as the MFM Fellowship Program Director from 2012 to 2023. 

Dr. Lee has been certified as a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. While at U.S.C., he achieved a faculty rank of Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has numerous teaching awards including the U.S.C. MFM Fellowship Teaching Award, U.S.C. Excellence in Teaching Award, and the ACOG/CREOG National Faculty Teaching Award. He has served on the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative preeclampsia and hemorrhage task force. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed articles, case reports,
review articles, and chapters. 

Dr. Lee is a member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Dr. Lee was included on the Los Angeles Super Doctors and Pasadena Top Doctors lists.
