Gestational Diabetes Counseling

  1. Initial assessment with in-depth patient education.
    Individualized plan of care
  2. One-on-one nutritional counseling
    Self-blood glucose monitoring, reporting and review.
  3. Medication management for oral medications and insulin.
  4. Insulin administration education.
  5. Weekly or bi-weekly follow-up appointments as needed.
  6. Convenient scheduling with in-person and telehealth appointments available

Pre-Existing Diabetes Type I or Type II

  1. Preconception counseling to help meet A1c goals prior to conception.
  2. Individualized nutritional counseling.
  3. Macro-nutrients and carbohydrate counting refresher.
  4. Blood glucose monitoring results review.
  5. Medication management and adjustment

NST / Antepartum Testing Available
